It's New Release & New announcement Season !

Greetings,

It is late February, and the weather doesn't seem to know what season it is :) Since it is warming in Jacksonville, we hope that Spring will be here soon.

We know what season it is at JTC ! - It's New Release & New announcement Season !

New Release - the 40' 'wave' style corrugated sides are In stock, and shipping to Dealers with standing orders. These releases have canvas colors matching as per a photo. You will notice that the Hapag-Lloyd and Transamerica schemes have a different canvas color than the 'rib' style versions of these names. The H-L schemes also has different door lettering.

The H-L unit has the door stickers a slight different color (as per photos). Look closely and you can see the 'sticker' color outlines behind the H-L name, and the weight data. This IS N scale ! Future H-L models will have varying degrees of 'sticker fade', some are almost yellow.

The UASC door has 7- color printing, as per prototype.

These models have the JTC magnetic system and IBC 'ISO standard' connecting pins, matching the JTC 'rib' sided containers and the Atlas brand 40' container.

UPDATE: The underframe Retro-fit kits are coming along well. These will provide for connectivity of the Scale Trains and Micro-Trains brand 53'/48' containers to stack on Top of the Atlas & JTC containers, and to stack the Micro trains on the Scale Trains containers via Magnets, PINS or Both; Here's a peek at the retro-fit underframe for a Scale Trains 53' dry box container on top of the JTC New 20' containers.

More detailed information on the Retro-fit underframe kits will be available next month.

JTC's NEW 40' High Cube and 20' std. height containers: Look for a separate news blog and announcements on these very soon, including first schemes artwork. Here's a couple of photos from pre-production sample review.

That's all for this news Blog. Thank You for the encouraging comments on the models, and for your support. Spread the word!. We'll have some new Dealers to announce soon!
