These NSC well cars are damaged and have been sitting in the "yard" waiting to be repaired. Due to the shortage of skilled railroad labor, they have not been repaired. The back log of repairs continues and JTC is looking for other skilled railroad labor (modelers) to offer these unique and beautiful models at a deep discount and get them back hauling containers. All repair parts are included but you will need to reuse the screw and box cover for the repair. De bonder is awesome to remove the single walkway to uncover the screw to complete the repair work. These units are sold as is and buyer understand and accepts all responsibility. These units are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Modelers ONLY please
